Christine Nolan is excellent. For a 13 week Old,socialization is a priority. Wonder dogs in Berlin,behind Walmart,is an excellent facility. Their puppy class focuses on socializing with people and dogs, being comfortable with handling and attention. Then you can graduate to a beginner obedience class.
