I dont own zip up workbooks but I do have a few suggestions. You will have to check to make sure there is a safety toe. I would look for a boot that has laces in front and a side zip, that way he can lace the boot to the tightness he likes then zip on and off easily. Hard to give a specific recommendation without knowing size and budget but you can go to a website like workboots.com or steel-toe-shoes.com and get some ideas. If he has a favorite boot manufacturer i would look at their website too.

First pair. Is on sale for $85 steel toe waterproof and 11inch pull on.

These are $100-$150 they are all Georgia company which are actually decent boots for the lower price points. I just don't like when people spend $200+ on a Georgia bc I can find better at that range. These can be a basic idea and you can take your time and search this website they have every option you could ask for and you can filter all categories.

Get him into a pull on Wellington style boot if money is an issue you can get a Georgia, Ariat, or something for just over $100. If money isn't an issue go for a danner, double H, thorogood for $220+ here is a general Amazon link for Wellington style boots https://www.amazon.com/Mens-Wellington-Boots/s?k=Men%27 s+Wellington+Boots If you want me to find you something more specific give me a price point and say safety toe and waterproof I would make mandatory. And I will list you specific links for boots. This is what I do and enjoy helping people find the perfect boots for them. I personally have 20 pairs that I enjoy. Still looking for my perfect boot.

Not zip up but I currently wear a pair of Interceptor steel toe boots from Wal Mart and they run about $40-$45. They’re super warm and comfy and easy to put on

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good and reasonable landscaper in the area? Thanks

Yes!! Conroy Landscaping - absolutely incredible team! They completed the projects effectively and efficiently. They came in the best on the bids. Very professional - actually we just hired them again a few days ago! The owners grew up in Wildwood - graduated from LHS and after college are now business partners.
