Had 4 taken out about 6 months ago. Two were "more difficult". http://www.empressdentalclinic.com/wp/ A++ 10/10 I think it was about 7.5 k baht in total and the place/staff is extremely professional/proficient. Don't do all 4 at the same time, do one side first and return in a week or more for the other. Daily inconvenience is real - all in all takes about a month to recover. Get rice porridge (jok) etc.

Dr Suttipong is a terrific dentist, almost painless treatment. Friendly and accommodating staff and English spoken. Reasonable rates and convenient location.

Grace Dental is where I go but they just opened a brand new dental clinic at Ram Hospital.

I should add that I have had lots of work done over ten years at Grace without a problem. Great staff and Beer Republic is only a block away when you are done.

Many of these listed are expensive. I suggest heading to McCormick, they have a good clinic, good prices, and very good reputation. It is where I would go if I had a problem. I just do cleaning/whitening at a spot on Moon Muang Soi 3 or 4. Not sure if that guy does other stuff, but he is quite good as well.

Fun and Fun Dental Clinic on Arak Road. Hygienic, modern, English speaking Dentist. Very professional operation serving middle/upper middle Thais primarily (Farangs/Thais pay the same). Just inside the mote on the west side (about one block north of 7-11). Have had a lot of complex work done there. Zero problems or complaints. Go talk to them before you choose.

The best is definitely Grace Dental Clinic. I think a basic cleaning is about 1500 though which is slightly more expensive than everywhere else. Prices from website: Oral examination and consultation (30 minute) - 300 Teeth cleaning - 1200-1800 https://www.google.co.th/maps/place/GRACE+DENTAL+CARE+CLINIC/@18.796908,98.968452,15 z/data=!4 m2!3 m1!1 s0 x0:0 x218 edab5 bedb0 be5?sa=X&ei=sL2GVbebEseeugS8 mIDwCA&ved=0CAoQ_BIwAA

Im waiting to go visit this lady, all rave reviews for her on forums. A. For dema the wife went to the clinic between sois 5 and 6 on. Moonmauan and they were very good. Its a walk in and gets busy and not open till afternoon. B. For dental we have just swapped from Dental 4 U a few meters down ( against the traffic ) on Tai Pai road past Boots. Very good but now uncompetitive prices to the one around the corner. Its a detached house set back from the road. C. Go back to boots around the corner ( Starbucks ) and about 70 meters going against traffic again. Map to follow. Welcome to CM btw.
