Can you ask the group who is good for lasik eye surgery? Thanks
Laura D. replied:
Regional Eye Associates- Dr. Gamponia- He is extremely caring and worried about your best results. He actually sits with you and has very serious conversations with you to be sure you know exactly what is going on. I am so glad I got him. I don't know much about Dr. Lemley. He had to do a check up on me (after I got hit in the eye after surgery) and he seemed to be very uncaring and didn't want to be bothered.

I had mine done in 08 by Premiere Eye Care in Buffalo Grove. Cost was $2600, but that might have been with a discount from work. They've done about 25 guys from my department. I've had no complaints and have 20/20 vision still today. Here's their website: http://www.eyesbypremier.com/

Raissa and Linda- How funny, I'm thinking abt getting it done very soon also. So sick of wearing contacts! Always so dry:( Been wanting to get it done several years ago but was too scared but I think I'm ready now lol. I'm thinking abt making an appt for the free consultation thru Dr. Horne, Lasik plus. I think it's bet $3000-$3500.

Linda, Wheaton Eye Clinic has a great reputation for Lasik. I am thinking about it myself and they are the best in the area. I suggest you do some research yourself, but I have found them to be very good.
