Apple may be the most expensive but they will stand behind their work. If Apple messes up another part while they are fixing it they will repair/replace your phone. I had my screen replaced for "cheap" and after that it had dust under the glass and the ear speaker never worked again. Go spend a bit more and have apple do it right.

If it's lower than an iphone 6 then check on groupon. I've broken my iphone5 s screen a couple times and have fixed it for around 50 bucks. Check on there.
