Do not get Chem DRi from Chilliwack. He did 2 area rugs and a flight of stairs for me and did a terrible job and the price was outrageous. Also I had to wait forever to get my area rugs back.

Having owned a carpet cleaning company. Karen it depends what you want and need. Dry Chem is a great surface clean they use little water and drys very fast but u have to vacum afterwards. Some companies use portable which are ok if that's all that's availble. The best process is truck mount steam cleaning which is the process used to maintain warranty. Some companies say nature chemicals lol. They are all bio degradable now and if you ask any cleaned they can add apple or cherry or orange to make you feel better about being more natural. Lol. Assured is good zippe is good clean evolve is good sears is good as long as u say can say no to the up sell and get truck mounted only. Good luck really check prices the guy who is slow wil have the best price and probably best service.
