Ed Kay at Waterstone is excellent. Great job for reasonable price. I've used him twice and he went beyond what was necessary. I'd recommend him to anyone in a real estate situation. He's up beside Superstore in the Pet Cetra part of that mall.

we went to Brad Waal for our house transfer and our wills and he was outstanding....very thorough - don't know about expensive but a lot of the fees are what he has to pay to land registry etc and that is the same for all
