As an early childhood teacher and mom of two, I do not recommend St. John Vianney in Colonia. Everyone I ever met loves Zion though and I'm hoping to send my 2 yr. old there in the near future. It's the only school I'm considering for her.
Which preschool in the area do you recommend? My daughter will only need to go till June for Prek 4. I would need something with before and aftercare. Thank you!

I would say see if Clark preschool will take mid year or try Featherbed. Also Trinity Episcopal Day School (TEDS) has before and after care. Not sure what their availability is

ECYC in Rahway...it's on Merck property open to public. We open at 7:30 am & close at 6. We're located in East Grand Ave! Great facility! We offer breakfast, lunch & snack. Great big outdoor and indoor play areas. Longevity of teachers is amazing! We also offer a great summer camp program. If you're interested in a tour please call 732-594-3292! Mention my name so they know it was recommended!
Looking for half day preschool recommendations in the area for 2.5 yr olds. TIA

Osceola does not offer three minus programs. Zion Lutheran Preschool offers BOTH half day and full day options for 2 1/2 year olds.
Lindsey K. replied:
Call Osceola if you're interested. Donna, the director, is wonderful. Your children may be eligible depending on their birthday. It's a close knit community over there! http://osceolaps.vpweb.com/default.html
Looking for feedback on preschools in the area (doesn't only have to be Clark). My kids will only be going half day sessions so I don't need the extras (before care,...

Zion, featherbed, St. John's, or Clark Preschool. My daughter went to Zion for pre-k 4 and goes to featherbed for summer camp.
Stelayson F. replied:
I'm a former pre K teacher for many years and my older daughter is in Clark Schools. She did not go to Zion but I will send my little one there in Sept. She will go the camp too for a few days. Angela Marini is extremely nice and helpful with any info. She is the Zion director.

St John Vianney in Colonia is wonderful. The teachers are all very loving and the amount of information my 4 year old is taught is unbelievable. So happy to be apart of this preschool community.
