Good recommendations here for lawyers. There's also the Florida Real Estate Recovery Fund which is designed to cover damages as a result of a fraudulent act by a licensee (Broker / Agent).
One thing to remember with inspectors is that they can only inspect what they can see. They can't see into walls for electrical lines, or underground for how the water supply or sewer line is.
Most inspectors will refuse to guarantee their inspection.
The inspectors I recommend stand behind their work, and will guarantee their inspection for a period of time (90 days), up to and including buying the house back if they missed something.
