I want to add DI Smith (before my battery dies) please do tell your lovely daughter we've all done similar and these angels on EC got my mobile back to me at a time I desperately needed it last year. Your daughter is clearly lovely from my meeting her yesterday with a lovely warm big smile, that so many obviously love her, she donated to our much needed charity, gives up her time for another and I know cheers up often lonely customers with her welcoming warm approach. I'm sorry she met a less than angelic person when she first lost what she did yesterday and do hope she realises most aren't like that and she deserves to meet only nice people from now. Warmest vibes from us all that she does!
