He is who i have started to see for my problems. let him know you want plant based. we can talk more about it Tuesday if you have any questions. he usually speaks once or twice a month about autoimmunne issues, diabetes, thyroid issues, leaky gut, and candida. It helped me pull all my problems together and understand everything better.

If you're having a natural birth, then checkout Colleen Brezine (midwife) at SJWS. They have a beautiful Hollistic birthing suite. I haven't seen any to match it's kind in the area. Otherwise, Southwest has awesome doctors and the best nurses around. I had all six of my kids at Fairview and while it was ok, if I had to do it over, I'd do the Hollistic birthing center at SJWS. Southwest would be my second choice.

Dr Scott Tigert.. He's wonderful and he works out of university hospital systems so you're real close to rainbows babies and children just in case something happens he's just an ob so you'll have him as a personal doctor
