Two cheaper ideas: My bathtub wouldn't drain, despite trying drain cleaner twice- then I found something called 'Drano for Hair Clogs' gel- BAM! This weekend my bathroom sink wouldn't drain- got the Drano Foamer stuff- I couldn't pour it in all at once, but poured until it foamed into the sink- took about 3 attempts to completely empty the bottle, but sink is draining wonderfully now. Also, for a pain in the ass clog, if these options don't work, go to either Pauls or Farm & Fleet and they should have these super extreme drain cleaning pellets (looks like an extra large white pill bottle). Be careful with these pellets though. When mixed with water, they become caustic enough to eat thru aluminum foil and give you chemical burns. Geesh, reading this makes me feel like my house has clog issues...
