I hear you Deborah, and that doesn't seem to matter to consumers. Also, the things Realtor.com is doing in the mobile space are excellent.

I agree with Derek Overbey There are some interesting things down the pipe at AOL. Now, Realtor.com is another story, altogether. That is a ship that sailed a long while ago- will it ever come back?

AOL used to be a very upfront powerhouse. Lately they are more behind the scenes company. I am interested to see what AOL and Realtor.Com have up their sleeves.

Realtor.com's iPad app is *outstanding*. And for a national listing aggregator, their data refresh rate is the best. Don't get me wrong, they have their fair share of issues, but they do some things quite well.

When I post a listing to our MLS it shows up on Realtor.com within 15 minutes - Also, our broker provides the showcase listing enhancement to us gratis and that is a very powerful listing tool as well as bringing us plenty of buyer leads.
