I'm going to be running errands in Clinton today and when I grab lunch, I'd rather it be somewhere local than a fast food chain. Can y'all give me some suggestions of...
I ate at https://www.facebook.com/1246205895434271 Tin Shed BBQ Clinton ms and it was excellent! Loved my brisket sandwich! I'm looking forward to trying several of the other places mentioned during future errand runs. Thanks for the suggestions y'all!

Someone please tell me a new and different kind of restaurant in the Jackson area to eat at tomorrow ☺️

Chrissa Staton is right--everything in Fondren is good.:) Saltine, Pig and Pint, Surin, Aladdin, Babalu, Sal & Mookie's, Cafe Ole (Latin, more like Cuban, not Tex Mex) And Lou's is great. The Feathered Cow--the Rooster's folks, but with beer. Hong Kong Tea House.

Go get some dim sum at Ding How Asian Bistro on Old Canton, near the intersection with Lake Harbor. China Express in Clinton is on par with Mr. Chen's. The Half Shell is pricey but has great seafood, and oysters, and I hate oysters. The Stupid Burger at The Feathered Cow is amazing. Do a Green Ghost Tacos vs Taquria La Guadalupe taco showdown; they both make great tacs, so everyone wins. Little Tokyo (mackerel nigiri and asparagus rolls), Ruchi India, Surin, Aladdin, Sal and Mookie's (save room for the ice cream they get it special from a great mom and pop ice cream in Missouri), Basil's, people swear by Drago's at the Hilton on County Line, ummmm, oh yeah, La Morena.
