Just hope it's not the starter going bad. I just had to replace mine to the tune of $850!! It started out kinda as you described, and then one day would not do anything when tried to crank. After 4-5 tries, it would crank. Was told that it would eventually not work at all. Good luck. Morris & Sons and Cooley Automotive are both great. I'm sure Taylor is too, just have never used him
