My dad went to this dentist for many years. I think he's closed on Fridays. He does great work, the staff is friendly/efficient, he's much less expensive than the those in O.R., he was kind and patient with my dad when he was in his 80 s, and he'll work with you on payments: Dr. Richard L. Dr. Phillips has 2 offices now, Dr. Rust took over for Dr. McCallister and that is his other office too. Dr. Rust is young so might be good for children and he is really nice.
