Vicktini Rangel PetSmart is over priced and if anything happens they don't care. They shaved my poodle because "his hair was matted" even though I brushed him daily. When they shaved him they cut him in several places which resulted in infection. They charged me extra for I don't even know what. I refused to pay because now I was going to have to go pay a vet to treat my dogs infection. They had employees prevent me from leaving and the manager said he would press charges if I refused to pay and had already called the police. NEVER EVER EVER going back to the Hanford PetSmart!

Dayna Brace im sorry u had a bad experience with them... i love them ive been going to them for year's and ive never had a problem. . My dog actually loves that store i even did the obedience training there. Ive tried the pet grooming in town cuz i was being lazy to drive and had bad experience. So now i drive ovwr to Hanford or i do it.
