Trendy Ten in Baltimore for your mani/pedi. Rachel is awesome! She has a spa in her home. First time clients are 1/2 price. My pedi was $17.50! Not sure about the hair. I'm partial to Mona at the Beauty Clinic in Cobourg and it's not cheap there.

Just to back you a little Samantha Mouradian . I had my nails done at D Star Nails in the Northumberland Mall. I ended up with an infection around the nail beds of both hands. It was horrible! I would avoid that place for sure!
