Definitely Dr. Quinter in Cocoa Beach, Hands Down! Just like Ricki said. Trust me on this! He is honest, very good and helps people with money issues. On top of it all he is thoroughly disgusted with how is industry handles patients and money today, he is a patient first Doctor. Get to him before he retires.
