Assumed it was a stuff up. Is Coffs Coast Pets any decent? I'm in Sawtell nearly every weekend and haven't heard of them before now.

Can't fault river to reef went there today and they were so helpful and their prices very reasonable. We had gone to coffs Coast pets earlier today and were ignored by staff and after standing around we left!
