I had acupuncture on my back when I herniated a disc. Was sceptical at first but it actually reduced the pain for the rest of the day. Next day though I felt like id been beaten up! So weird. I went to The Colchester Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic on crouch street, I'm not sure they offer it for stress
