Yes I can hopefully help. I work for the NHS and I do private speech therapy myself or could refer to a colleague if need be. Contact me on mpajotwebb@hotmail.com In response to waiting time: stuttering is prioritised so the wait is often shorter. However it depends on what area you're in as there are many localities with extremely long waiting lists. Sorry your friend is having such a long wait. That sounds pretty bad.
