Your best bet is to search for service companies based on what brand you have. I use New Age Air in Collegeville because they are the ones who were recommended to us by the company that made our system. They're great by the way, always come out that day and seem very knowledgeable on our system that Horizon had no clue what to do with and actually broke it!

Another vote for a very good friend Bill Gulotta and Worcester Heating and cooling.

Horizon failed to properly clean my oil heater and it set off the smoke alarm in the middle of the night. So scary! I now use a small family company, Precision Heating and Air Conditioning, and they were great--came out quickly in January and I was a new customer! Took the time to answer my questions and explained everything to me. They are small and use an answering service so they'll call you back--quickly! http://www.PrecisionHVACOnline.com
