Extremely important to make sure the entire ceiling cavity or anything else that was wet is 100% dry. Otherwise you'll be dealing with the mold. If that picture is the extent of it then you could probably dry it yourself. If on the other hand other building materials were wet then you may need a mitigation company. Which will be covered by insurance. Either way the once wet materials need a preventive antifungal tratment before final repair. Www.ecotechmold.com

The stupid facet is loose and it was fixed once then a few days later it was loose again. Now today I noticed water in the cabinet below. So I took everything out and tried to see where leak is. I'm pretty sure it's the faucet. Bob is friend with Kevin Sheridan so he will call him if he can't fix it. I wanted it fixed ASAP. Lol.
