Hate to recommend it because they are already busy as hell and I can never get there when it's convenient...but Caveman Barber. Great people, free beer when you go in to the place, and cheap haircuts. It is cash only so make sure you hit an ATM before you go.

I went to Dapper Barbershop in OCC (25 th and Co. Ave) when I was in town for my wedding. I had a beard trim. He did a good job, paid meticulous detail. However, I can't much other than down to Earth people, local atmosphere, did a good job on my beard trim.

All American Barber Shop up on Voyager. Good cut, I’ve never waited very long and the two ladies (and now a younger gentlemen) who are cutting there always great. They do a hot towel rub on the back of your neck too. I mean, it’s not a beer, but close second right?

I go to Starcuts On Academy near Union. Gus is the guy there and his wife does well also. They are the old school hot towel and razor to the neck type of barbers. If you want anything fancy, don't go there. They charge 17 for a regular cut and I just drop a twenty when I go. You can do appointments at their place as well. It's not a hole in the wall shop but very clean and they have large tvs at every station. Tell them the scottish fellow sent you.

Randy's Olde Tyme Barbershop on Colorado and 34 th\-ish. It really is very olde tyme. It's adorable. $15 for a haircut and a peep at a Louis L'Amour movie, or comparable. Walk\-ins welcome.
