I work in a call center, and I'll be the first to break it to you all. Complaints about service go nowhere. There's no 'customer complaint' line. You're just yelling at Amy until you leave her alone. Even sups and managers do the same thing. Listen, apologize, and hope it dosent happen again and makes you a liar. The AllState Experience: - Called AllState at 3:30 - text showed tow eta 6:11pm - Called at 6:15 - said eta 30-45 mins - Called at 7:00 - said eta 30-45 mins, requested new tow service - text shows new tow eta 9:24pm - called at 9:40pm - said eta 60 mins - went home at 10pm & gave up, sick and exhausted after 6 1/2 hours. The worst part is I left work early because I was throwing up sick.
