Need advice on the best and inexpensive but good car insurance. Does anyone have recommendations? We love our insurance agent but hate the rates. UGH!
Win G. replied:
Yes, I have really liked Ann Bell at Stuart insurance. Good people. I used to be very happy with Mark Roland and American Family, but Mark has retired and I don't even know the new person I have. The rates have been reasonable, and they have been good about claims. Also, for 75 cents a month I have road insurance which has not been too bad the two times I've needed it.
Debra H. replied:
Maybe. Bruce Poe can help you with this.
Bruce P. replied:

Where do you get a surety bond for business? Your insurance agent? If you need to be bonded, is it one surety bond for the whole company or for each employee?
Kim S. replied:
Each person is bonded, that you want bonded ie that handle money, Where I am familiar a surety bond is when you have a 401 k - they are often required. Insurance Group in town can give you a quote. You can also get an insurance policy to protect the board of directors if necessary.
Ginny C. replied:
Pretty sure that Landmark Bank through Primevest does it. Been a couple of years, but I have that memory.
Kelsey M. replied:
Suretybonds.com is a local company who can help you out!

Susan H. replied:
Are you looking for a performance and payment bond? Naught Naught is a good local company that can provide that type of bonding. They understand the local commercial construction market. Call me tomorrow about this.
Sean S. replied:
Actually, Susan, I'm looking at bonding for janitorial work. I'll check with Naught Naught, though, along with suretybonds.com and our current agent. Thanks for the suggestion!
