Tattoo shop recommendations? Hey everyone, just wanted to know if you guys have advice for tattoo artists/shops? Looking for black and grey tattoos, traditional style....

Trent and Roxane at Living Canvas are both really good.

Colin at Iron Tiger is the best for blackwork. Iron Tiger in general does beautiful traditional work, tho for my personal style I really only go to Colin now.

Stone crow all the way, me and my fiancee have gotten all of our best tattoos there. They are cheap yet have great quality.

Idk about traditional style... but if you're willing to drive \~30 minutes you can go to Mexico, MO and see Jerod Ray@[https://www.facebook.com/majesticmoosetattoo/](https://www.facebook.com/majesticmoosetattoo/) He's probably the best black and grey realism artist in all of MO at a very good price. He charges something like $125-150/hr but he works pretty darn quick compared to some at that price range. Usually you have to book with him 4-5 months in advance because he has clients that fly in from all over the country/world. Awesome guy, awesome place, and awesome work.

Hands down Jerod at the Majestic Moose. I have an entire B&G photo realistic sleeve and a large shoulder piece by him, feel free to PM!

There’s only one tattoo artist in this town that you should be a patron of and he goes by Iron Moe.

My go-to guy for traditional style tattoos is Dan Ryan at iron tiger/tattoo you. Those two shops I’d say you should stick to if you want traditional.

Jon Bush. One of a kind tattoo.

I’m fond of the guys at Iron Tiger. They are a cut above the other shops around IMO. Gabe Garcia owns the joint and is an insanely skilled artist. I’ve been inked or participated in someone being inked by a few different artists there, but I myself ask for Gabe, and he’s done a fantastic job. Edit: I forgot to mention that Gabe, from what I’ve seen, tends to prefer a traditional style when left to draw up his own designs

Adya Crawford— Sticks And Bones Studio! She’s done both my tattoos and I highly recommend her.

Got my first tattoo last year and Colin at Iron Tiger was great. The place is clean, everyone is friendly, it was a great experience. Tried getting a tattoo from Stone Crow but they never responded to my inquiries. My tattoo wasn't intricate at all so maybe that's why as they seem to do heavily detailed work. I've got a sleeve being drawn now that I might take to them to see if they have interest in doing but otherwise I'll be happy to go back to Iron Tiger
