Oh my there was a wonderful man we used.... previous recommendation- his name was Kenny I remember. He was so great, prompt, honest, etc. Sloan Appliance sent me a grouchy guy several years back so we have been hesitant to use them again. Don't need a PollyAnna, just someone who isn't crabby.
