Whatever you do, DO NOT use Precision!! Just check BBB if you have any doubts. I had a bad experience with Precision; they significantly overcharged, and the repair was done so incorrectly that it was dangerous. I had to hire a legitimate garage door repair company to correct their errors. I used The Garage Door Company 772-5500 for that repair, a couple years later to replace a garage door, and a third time at my dad's house for a repair.
