I know an awesome guy! His name is Craig Garner! His rates are AMAZING!! And, he's really good! However, he's in Lexington. He charges $35 for an hour, $45 for an hour and half, and $65 for 2 hours. And, he runs specials all the time, like "2 fer Tuesday".

I'm no help on the mechanic, but Rachel Taylor is hands down the ideal massage therapist for what you're looking for. Haven't had a massage for a while but will head back to her when it's time. I believe she works at least some of the time at Urban Nirvana.
