Honestly it depends on the style of what youre looking to get done. Black and grey id say James Jbird Gannon hands down. Traditional id say Chris Dolsen at ink 66... Great guy and awesome artist. For something more new school or realistic id say arch a ngel.... Brian Cotney and Michael Heard could help you. Something more freehand and flowing and amazing id say Captain Morgan Thecaptain Tattooer or Miss lady Cora Lynn at black lotus.... All of these guyz i just named are very capable clean and professional of all of your needs though they all also have a style that they shine with too. Hope this info is useful.
