Yes, I just emailed Mr. Fujiwara (the manager of Board & Kennel) and he gave me a reservation number for my 2 min pins. The email I have for him is Keiji.fujiwara.jp@yokota.af.mil. Does anyone know if the Pet care center and the board & kennel are the same place in yokota? I noticed the pet care center website on the Yokota Air Base newcomers page but am not sure if it is the same place as the board & kennel.
