She must have a "high drive" instinct pedigree. I don't know much more than what your saying here, so can't comment on what "training" she has had thus far. When it boils down to the basics, she doesn't have a solid "STAY" or "COME" yet. A dog cannot chase anything when she is a "stay" position. So, she will need not only DISTRACTION training, but it sounds like "basic training" as well.
