Not a fan of ChemDry. They don't pick anything up. They just put down chemicals. When the builder of our old house had to replace part of the sub-floor and spread saw-dust all throughout the first floor of the house, we insisted on carpet cleaning to help get rid of stuff. They sent out ChemDry and I saw how they "clean". Never again. From looking inside half a dozen carpet cleaning trucks over the years, go with Stanley Steamer. They have the biggest looking truck mounted vacuum system that I have seen. Should suck up most of the wetness and grime.
