There are certain things I do not order off the Redbones menu. But everything is very consistent. If I liked it last time at Redbones, I will like it next time. While I have had some very good meals at Blue Ribbon (usually Arlington), I have had some inedible meals at Blue Ribbon, usually Newton. Bad enough that I won't ever order the brisket at either location ever again.
