D.C. Chem-Dry. They use a little bit of water so your floors aren't soaking wet and it doesn't get into your carpet padding. The thought of my pad getting wet and not being able to dry freaks me out. I always use these guys, they are awesome, and all their products are all natural so they are safe for kids and pets 704-547-0808
