Lone Star Clinic is one here in Conroe. They're behind the library. Not too sure about the place though, haven't been before myself. Lots of people do use it.

It's $100 for a visit at lone star clinic. And they need your proof income info if you can't pay it and verification of residence and ID. I don't have insurance and I use Dr Flores in conroe, he's $60 a visit. $40 cheaper.
