Upper respiratory infections sometimes cause watery, gunky eyes but only a vet can tell you for sure what it is. I use Healthy Pets USA (mobile vet) for my vaccines and my regular vet in Conroe for everything else. I've heard Texas Litter Control is very cheap as is The Corner Vet but someone who lives in Magnolia can probably recommend a closer low cost vet.:)
