Tim Kelley is great! He's at Primal Urge. But keep in mind this is their work that will last your lifetime. I would reconsider jumping for cheap. He's extremely reasonable and I dunno what he might charge but I wouldn't put a bumper sticker on a Bentley by just going with anyone taking donations. Feel free to msg him.
