My husband is the owner of Pontillo Home Services. Don't call for service. You'll only be wasting your money. The people that are telling you that your unit can't keep up are correct! The misconception with AC units, they're there to pull the humidity out, they are not refrigeration units.:)

We have used One Hour also, Crissy, in fact we've bought a whole new system from them before, and they continue to service our units even though the one we bought was two houses ago.

Crissy we use Bagwell O'Neil. They have a yearly plan that is reasonable and they come out twice a year to check your system, freon, filters, etc. We had our system freeze up on a Sunday once. Left a message and the owner called us within 10 minutes and walked us thru getting it working to avoid a Sunday service call. No charge. Good people.
