I use Northwest and have no complaints. About $90 per visit, four times per year. The guys that spray for bugs are different than the guys that handle rodents.

Get quotes from every company individually. Different companies service property differently, from products and services. Ask what they use on each service. Using the same product every visit is not the best way to control pests. You really don't need to have rodent inspection every visit. You will hear them when it's there. And squirrels are technically not rodents, they are wildlife, that requires different insurance/certification. As for service quality, can't really say. You might get a good person. Maybe not. You would assume that the person you see, is your technician, but some companies rotate out for no reason. Prices? Haggle. But please don't be cheap, as with some companies, the employees work off of commission. (Off the sale and work done)

We've used Arrow Exterminators the past 2 years for our quarterly treatments and termite protection/bond. Have been very pleased with their service. Also had them put plastic down in our crawlspace (and hall away the old bits of plastic, construction trash etc. that was left down there) that was mostly dirt and they did a great job with that for a few hundred under other quotes.

Ooh ooh I know this one!!! Peachtree Pest Control! They’re AWESOME and they’re one of the only genuinely locally owned ones left. A few years ago they not only got rid of the rat infestation that was WAY worse than we realized when we’d signed dotted line on a house but they did it for a fraction of what every other company estimated AND their estimate included the exclusion warranty (ohhhh what that house forced me to learn about vermin eradication!)... They also did interior and exterior perimeter 6 legged creature murder and prevention, and mosquito too - that house was in the Avondale Rainforest and every time we’d have friends over they’d be amazed that we really could sit out back without involuntary blood donations (and all was pet friendly to protect our many invited animal household members). Their office staff are fab and super responsive, their technicians are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and they all are really really good about things you can do on your own to save money etc. Luv them.
