I need suggestions. I have been battling with severe headaches for many years, but even more so over the last 4 weeks. I have had the worst migraine now for the last 4...

You could become an "oil" lady! I have a friend whose life is debilitated by headaches and she started taking Ninxja Red from Young Living. Spendy but I guess it helps a ton. Also I have no idea if this will help you but it helps our headaches... He ad Ease by Eden's Garden (I have avoided taking ibuprofen because of it). Pretty cheep but not sure how it touches migraines. Also maybe research foods that could be problematic...a different friend of mine uses that oil Head Ease and changed her diet with success... So sorry!!!!

Diet Coke is my crack. I quit cold turkey after finding out I was pregnant! I think there is still a can of Cherry Coke Zero hiding in my fridge. After I eat some dinner, I might try it.

Good. I work at a chiropractic clinic and see first hand that 100% of our patients get migraine relief. If you are tired of trying pharmaceuticals, look into Nutrition Response Testing. Scandia Chiropractic does it as well as Dr. Furlong in the cities. I highly recommend it. I've seen incredible things come from it.
Kali G. replied:
Ask her about Nutrition Response Testing for sure. It sounds like it would be exactly what you need. I hope you find some relief!
Does anybody know of a good chiropractor in the coon rapids area?
Rosalie P. replied:
Not exactly coon rapids... But totally worth the drive. Dr Dan Hafner - Complete Chiropractic (St Paul, Near Snelling and Grand). Best chiro I've ever seen. http://www.completechirohealth.com/
Okay, need the name of a good local chiropractor. The neck is not getting better. New headset at work, massage therapy isn't helping either. Thought I would try this...
Kiana Y. replied:
Steve has been going to Anoka Andover Chiro for 20 years. Dr Billstian is across from Anoka High School. If you don't like manual adjustments he uses an activator instead.
Shelly W. replied:
Have you tried Dr Abler in Andover?
Alan K. replied:
Dr Joann Baldwin in Anoka. Think she is still in Dr. Rocks old office on Jackson. Bakers good too.
I'm interested in going to a chiropractor for Lilly, anyone have recommendations for a good baby one?
Erin C. replied:
Yep! Noah only slept and turned to the right and was starting to get a flat head. Got adjusted on a regular bases and has full range of motion now! No helmet! Dr. Burckhardt is great with babies and kids ;)

Opp Chiropractic in St. Francis is amazing! It really helped Marley!
