Thanks everyone! (except Scott...) We ended up on the patio of Salut for a while & then wandered over to Cafe Latte. Yum! I'm creating a bucket list of many of these others that I've never been to though! Nathan, how do you know restaurants in this area?

50 th and France area in Edina, near Lake Harriett. Convention Grill around 44 th and France is an awesome burger and malt place.

Pizzaria Lola and then go explore 50 th and France. For history go check out the Indian Burial Mound in St. Paul and eat at Mickey's.
