There are no licensed groomers, and most are not certified. Graduating from grooming school and becoming certified are two different processes and both are done on a voluntary basis. Many groomers at the big box stores are trained and "certified" by the store. Pet grooming is an unregulated industry. Just FYI. Most people don't realize this.
