Laura B Padilla... before you do anything else, pick up the phone and call Richard Cylc at 954-270-5753. He is a PUBLIC adjuster... meaning he works for you, not for the insurance company. He can help you determine if you have a claim and if you do, he'll help you through the entire process. Most people think "I don't any help, my insurance company is awesome and they'll take care of me." Don't fall into that category. Call Richard... it costs nothing to make the call and you don't owe him a dime unless he helps you collect on your claim. (I can almost guarantee that you'll get the fairest possible settllement if you use a Public Adjuster than if you don't.
