not to be that guy, but Delivery services like locey's and such alredy offer this service, although maybe you could beat theirp rices that would get interest

Farmboy is a great example of this. Starting small and catering to the community. High end product and service made that happen. But they always owned the building. And had to grow the business to make profits. A small shop would not last in this block with rent being astronomical and parking having a cost that didn't profit the actual business. Variety stores are dying all over. Smoke shops also. It's a dying breed. Sad. But true...
