I used Cusp at the top of Hotel La Jolla for the brunch after my wedding. They have a private room and it overlooks La Jolla Shores, it was absolutely amazing

The US Grant Hotel downtown does private events, including brunch. [Here](http://www.grantgrill.com/rescon/uploads/2017/06/2017-Grant-Grill-Event-Package-Breakfast-and-Brunch.pdf) is the menu and pricing from their website. I haven't booked any events through them, but I did stay there after my wedding and the weekend brunch was great.

Luv Malay. Never been to Langkawi. Many times for Penang en Kl. Penang famous with their Hawker food. You should go to Lorong Selamat, George Town, Bangkok lane for those hawker food. For KL you can go to China town for Chinese cuisine en test out DURIAN fruit there (not everyone luv the smell but u have to try it). For shopping KL u can go to Pavillion Mall, they have this small street around those area that sell antique en traditional goods. Suria KLCC is nice if u want something branded or visit the TWIN TOWERS there. Good luck en have fun.
