I may be a little biased, but my husband, Dr. Nathan Davis (at South Texas Dermatology 361-882-5560) is pretty good! If you have problems getting in, call frequently to see if there are cancellations.

Dermatology Associates of San Antonio. Used the two decent ones in CC until someone recommended them. Haven't used a CC dermatologist since. Plus you can call and get an appointment within the week, not months down the road.

If you're willing to drive all the way out to Houston, I've been going to Advanced Dermatology in Katy with some pretty good results. They're quite busy though and it's nearly impossible to book an appointment with their head doctor unless you book several months out in advance. They do have some other locations throughout Houston, but I don't know much about those branches. http://advanceddermatologymd.com/
