Hopefully you have more success than I have had. I rent the room the them for $10 per hour. they pay me. I have had very good therapist in and horrible therapist. Oh they are good technicians but not good business people or just good people. The bad o ut weighing the good in the past few years. Most of the problem is they want you to do all the work slepping the patients to them. They do not enhance your practice by bringing people ot increasing your public exposure to you. You may want to make them an employee and have their pay be weighed on their work. Then you can have them work in the clinic doing whatever also. I have hours of massage therapist horror stories. Good Luck. (The best part is the interviews)
